Coming along

The humungous tatch lorry arrived this morning. I am really looking forward to seeing how our house will look with the thatch on. I had to move the car that I'd parked out the front, just so the truck could turn into our road. It is really long.

The roof is/was apparently built wrong, so there have been knocks and sawing to remove poles. I think now they are preparing for the thatch so they can get it on as soon as possible.

Minna flew to San Francisco last night via London. I think she is on her flight to San Fran now. She will be away until next Tuesday, just in time for James to arrive on Thursday. Sari leaves this evening for Brussels where she lives.

Milja is in the middle of her final exams, English and Maths today. She got 100% in her final art project which was a still life of her choice three objects plus a surprise object, with planning and written work included.
